On October 11, 2025, Law360 reported that iMiracle (HK) Ltd. and Shenzhen iMiracle Technology Co., Ltd., the Chinese parent companies of Elf Bar, reached a settlement with NJOY LLC, a subsidiary of Altria Group. As part of the agreement, iMiracle will completely withdraw from California's flavored e-cigarette market, and the court will issue a permanent injunction to enforce the ban.
