Instructions for Filling
1. The device comes with a tank/batteries as well as a separate Mouthpiece. Be sure to keep the mouthpiece in a safe location while you are working on filling.
2. Using a syringe, or any other filling tool, fill the device using only one of the two filling holes. Don't fill the center hole. Be cautious not to fill both holes in the outer side at the same time as one is required to allow air to escape in the process of illing.
